What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is only 1 piece.
How long before my order arrives?
With our free standard shipping you order will arrive within 2 weeks. With our rush shipping your order will arrive with 1 week. Rush shipping cost an extra 25% plus the shipping cost.
Can you print over the zipper on a hoodie?
Yes we can, but due to the uneven material around the zipper you should expect minor imperfections near the zipper area, this is common and the only way to avoid this is to have hoodies custom made with a cut and sew process, which is very expensive and requires a very large minimum order (1000+ pieces)
Can you print on the hood?
Yes we can, however there is an additional cost involved. Please contact us to see if printing the hood is possible for your project.
Can I put names and numbers on my hoodies?
Yes you can, When designing your custom hoodies, simply click the name and numbers tab and create a template, then fill out all the names, numbers and corresponding sizes on the names and numbers form.
What are the discounts for bulk orders?
Our bulk discounts are huge! Simply design your hoodie or click on get a price button, put in your quantities and watch the cost drop dramatically as your total number of hoodies increases. For bulk discounts all hoodies must have the same print. Price breaks are at 12,24,48,72,144,288,600,and 1200 pieces.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on defective or misprinted items. Simply return the item withing 15 days and we will reprint it or issue a full refund. However we can not accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, color or made an error in your design. Only defective items and print errors on our part can be refunded.
Can I get the price for 1000 hoodies if I order just 1 now and then the rest later?
No, silly it does not work like that. I am sure if your ordering 1000 hoodies paying the cost for 1 wont be a problem.
